Sends an email to the thread starter.
This add-on is ideal when used in an advertising forum, the add-on automatically sends an email reminding the member that your forum operates on donations.

Installation:
Download Andy-NewThreadEmailMember-1.1.zip and unzip it.
Copy the src/addons/Andy/NewThreadEmailMember directory to your server.
From the Admin Control Panel Install the add-on.
Editing the subject and message phrases:
