What does this add-on do?

This add-on adds a new permission that allows for moderators/administrators to edit the date a post was made or create new posts at a specified date.

Optionally, dates can be entered as timestamps.

Fixes bug that users without permission may be able to see the edit post date option. Fixes bug that edit post date field does not appear when creating a thread.
